"February, 2017 Oceans Fence built us a brand new wooden board-on-board privacy fence. It was built entirely from scratch, on site (no pre-made panels, etc.). The quality of the workmanship, the craftsmanship, is incredible! When we first contacted Oceans Fence the first thing that impressed me was the courtesy and professionalism of the entire office staff. I made an appointment with them for an estimate; they were able to make an appointment with me in a short time frame and they showed up for the appointment on time! Being busy in the aftermath of hurricane Matthew nonetheless they were able to schedule an appointment to build our fence in a reasonable amount of time. When that day arrived the work crew of 4 showed up before 8 a.m. and when they introduced themselves I knew right away I was in good hands. They were all friendly and courteous, professional, and proved themselves to be high caliber craftsmen. They were very careful about my yard and the decorations, etc., in it. They got to work right away and never goofed off; they were busy the entire time. They didn’t engage in horseplay, none of them were lazy, and all were focused on the task at hand. I would periodically meander outside to watch the progress of the work and to talk with the men. They would explain in detail what they were doing and why, and why the techniques made for a superior fence construction. When all of the posts were set along one of the longest runs I stood behind the lead post and sighted down the long row and you couldn’t see any of the other posts, that’s how plumb and straight the row was! They did the initial work and were gone in a matter of hours. The next morning, after the concrete had set around the posts, they showed up early again and immediately set to work finishing the fence. It was a thing of beauty to watch the careful and precise craftsmanship at work. They were finished in mere hours and were gone before 11 a.m., completely cleaning up after themselves and leaving us with an absolutely gorgeous fence that can truly be described as a work of art! We are so pleased and happy with our entire experience, start to finish, with Oceans Fence. We highly, highly recommend them. If you need a new fence, fence repair, etc., please contact them.
